Infrastructure Systems & Community Risk Assessment

We extend risk assessment beyond individual structures to networked infrastructure systems — including power grids, water distribution systems, and transportation networks — and to the communities they serve. This includes evaluating system-level performance and resilience, as well as the role of insurance and policy mechanisms in shaping community-level risk and recovery outcomes.
